A real classic candy, and one still to this day purchased as favours for wedding celebrations! For the rest of us, these delightfully coloured almonds taste of the holiday season, where it was often a traditional to buy a quarter or two, to place into a glass dish for munching on whilst waiting for the roast to appear! I personally love them for their delicious simplicity....toasted almonds...sugar coated; a taste of a bygone era, which are just as welcome today!
