Well, well, well, it turns out The Fudge Factory of Rochdale can make a mighty fine Vanilla fudge and it be dairy free! I tasted a piece of this before sorting out the ingredients for labelling at the Pier and was quite honestly astounded it even was dairy free....certainly it tasted so buttery, you wouldn't have a clue! I've even decided if we have no space for both dairy free and dairy versions, I'd just stock this...that's how convinced I am that you won't taste the difference!
